Discover the new logo of the scheme!
Pan-European Common Bird Monitoring Scheme began in 2002 as a joint initiative of the EBCC and BirdLife International and has been supported by the RSPB and the European Commission. The main goal of the scheme is to use common birds as indicators of the general state of nature. However, until today, the project lacked an official logo. We are now happy to introduce the new PECBMS logo showing a bird with a blue tail representing an increasing trend and a green line mirroring a fluctuating trend.
